RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

DOMESTIC

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER

Currently we are only accepting exchanges or provide store credit note for future purchases. We do not offer refunds. .Any exchanges that are found to be damaged or not in their original condition, will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact our team at LINE- @moniique or EMAIL- info@moniique.com with any questions regarding your exchage request.

INTERNATIONAL 

For International orders, if you are unsatisfied with your order or have to make an exchange please email us at- EMAIL-  info@moniique.com with your order number in the subject line. We offer exchange and store credit only within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We do not processs refunds.No exceptions. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment. All shipping charges will be from the customer.

Orders in Transit:

Once an order has been paid for and is in the process of being shipped, modifications to the product list or order cancellations are not permitted. Exchanges can be processed only after the product has been received. (If the desired item is out of stock, it must be exchanged for an alternative item.)

SALES ITEMS

Promotional items, discounted items cannot be returned or exchange.

RETURN BY POST

To make a return by post, you can contact us at- LINE- @moniique or EMAIL- info@moniique.com from Mon- Fri 10.00-18.00 am (GMT+7)
Once everythin is sorted out please send us back via post or other delivery service to the address below.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If you’d like to  exchange an item, you will need to pay for the delivery fee. and amount differences. Amount should be equal or more. If less we will not refund any balance.

Yes! If you’d like to make an exchange, please follow our Returns process.

In addition, be sure to let us know the new size you need by sending us Email- info@moniique.com or Line-@moniique 

Please remember items must be in their original condition with their original receipt and tags to be eligible for exchange.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED

If you believe an item is damaged when you receive it, please email support – info@moniique.com or Line- @moniique . Monday to Friday from 10am – 5:00pm (GMT+7).
